3. Delivery Time

5. Delivery Issues

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and resolve the issue accordingly.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected orders.
  • We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via phone before dispatch.
  • Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received.

8. Serviceable Areas

  • We ship across India. However, delivery may not be available in certain remote or restricted areas.

10. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes arising from shipping and delivery shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India.
